  1. love eggs and sardines, but what was the point in adding the egg to the can if you were just going to dump it into a bowl anyways??

  2. Oops, those onions are NOT CARAMELIZED. They are cooked to softened. Caramelization take WAY longer than 3 minutes. May still try the recipe though.

  3. Wild Planet Sardines in EVOO and ground black pepper with squeezed lemon along with 3 large pasture eggs soft boiled.
No cooking together. Eat the small mineral/vitamin rich fish right from he can and eggs together. Daily requirement of VitB12, Vit D, protein and EFA’s for less than $4. Cannot be excelled nor equaled in nourishment. Luke 11:11-12

  4. It'd probably be good without 1/4 the onions.

PS: In other news, I've made about 4 dozen sardine omelets before, so I have a pretty good idea what it tastes like, otherwise.

  5. On what planet do onions caramelize in 3 minutes? And to an Italian, cheese and fish together is disgusting. This looks just gross.
