Ingredients:
* 4 cucumbers
* 1 bell pepper
* 1 small red onion
* 2 tomatoes
* 200 g feta cheese
* Kalamata olives
Dressing:
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
* Juice from ½ lemon
* 1 tsp dried oregano
* Salt, to taste
* Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Chop the cucumbers, bell pepper, red onion, and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
2. Place them in a large salad bowl along with the Kalamata olives.
3. Cut the feta cheese into cubes or crumble it on top.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
6. Serve fresh and enjoy!

Who in the blue hell uses lemon in this recipe??? Greek salad is all about the flavour of extra virgin olive oil! Every time I visit Greece it gets better and better. But please no lemon ! This is not a typical sauce!!!
