If you didn’t know how to make stuffed shells, come on, let me show you. I made Alfredo stuffed shells and they were so so good. So, I start off by adding oil to my pot. I add some minced garlic, a little bit of butter. I let it sauté for a little bit until fragrant, and then I added my spinach. I like to cook my spinach first cuz then it has a little nice taste. And then seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper very lightly. I let it sauté for a few minutes, then remove off the pan and let it cool off. And then I went ahead and I added ricotta cheese. So, I used a whole small tub of ricotta cheese. This is what I’m going to use for my stuffed shells filling. I added some Parmesan cheese, mozzarella, and then again, I seasoned it with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Now, this is how it turned out. And that’s my filling. Now, I’m going to go ahead and I’m going to start with my Alfredo sauce. In my pot, I added some olive oil, some minced garlic. I let it cook till fragrant. Add some butter to it. And then I go ahead and I add my heavy whipping cream. I did a decent amount of this because I wanted my stuffed shells to be very, very creamy. I then added a whole bunch of parmesan cheese, some mozzarella. I seasoned with black pepper, garlic powder, oregano, Italian seasoning, and adobo. And I taste it to make sure everything is good. Then I go ahead and I mix it and let it come to like a boil kind of like when it starts bubbling. Then I stir it and I let it bubble again and turn it off and then let it cool off. I then add half of my sauce into my baking dish and I start assembling my shells with the filling I did earlier. And I go ahead and I add it into a jumbo shell. This is like important because before I didn’t know there was a difference. So there are jumbo shells. And I’m going to insert the ones I use. I then add the remainder of my sauce and as you can see these are very creamy and this is what I was going for. I added some paprika and I was a little upset because it came out like clustered. But then I topped it off with some more Parmesan cheese and mozzarella. I put it in the oven at 400° for about 25 minutes. After it was done, I added some dried parsley to garnish cuz I didn’t have time. Let me know in the comments how you think I did or if you’ll try this. Thank you so much for watching. See you later.
