– Boil peeled potatoes in salted water until soft.
– Let them cool a bit, then mash with olive oil, salt and black pepper.
– Soak two rice paper sheets (stacked) in warm water for about a minute, then cut them in half and let cool a little.
– Place a small amount of the mashed potato mix in the center and fold the rice paper around it into a parcel.
– Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
– Bake at 250°C (480°F) for about an hour, or until they get golden and firm.
Crispy outside, creamy inside!
