Can’t believe I got to try some tacos from Michelin Star Chef Mario Hernández Alonso! They were a 10/10!

Grilled to perfection with minimal seasoning but packed with flavor! My wife and I were lucky to be able to talk to the chef for a brief moment and found out he started cooking when he was only 12 years old!

Hopefully others in Phoenix AZ can be lucky enough to try them out!
