If you’re looking for a tasty high protein snack, look no further than this Buffalo chicken dip. It’s 204 calories and 21 g of protein per serving, let me show you how to make it. Add your chicken breast into the crock pot and add in your seasonings of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, as well as half a cup of water and set on low and cook for 4 to 5 hours. Once the chicken is done cooking, remove the chicken from the crock pot and drain the water. Shred the chicken and then add it back into the crock pot. My preferred method is shredding with two forks. Next, add your 8 oz block of cream cheese on top of the chicken in small pieces. Then, add your buffalo sauce, followed by your cheddar cheese. Add your cottage cheese to a blender and blend until smooth. Mix your ranch packet into the now blended cottage cheese. Pour your cottage cheese ranch mixture into the pot and mix until well combined. Cook for another 1 to 2 hours. Then, let cool slightly before serving.
