This is one of the good ones before the crocs became cheap and everything became electronic! Love this!

I literally received this as a wedding gift from my grandmother in 1999! It was a solid product, lasting until just a few years ago. Need any recipes?

Wow! I haven’t seen one like that in years. Lucky lady.

These old crock pots have super thick pots and heat so much better than the newer ones in my experience.

I had that exact one! I got it around ‘95 and used it until around 2014. It still worked, I just wanted a fancier one.

So she got that in 1975…

    Oh my God!

I prefer this one over my newer GreenPan Smart Electric 6QT Skillet Pot because it is easier to operate. Also free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. Sigh.

That’s a good one! Way better than the new ones.

  12. I got that one for a wedding present!!!! Worked for 24 years!

I was gifted my MiL crock pot (she passed before we met) and I think of her every time. I use it.

The microwave I inherited from my family ( it’s been through 4 generations of my family) great grandmother, grandmother, my mother and finally their daughter ( me ) fucking thing electrocuted me while I was cleaning it 😭

    Now it’s in microwave heaven

Grandma never need those new fangled fancy appliances anyways…

The older ones are the best. new ones cook too hot.

Jealous! What is going to be the first meal you make with it to break in that bad boy? I need to know!!!

  20. Im so jealous. The older ones work so much better. Mine finally died so I got a Ninja one and the low setting is more like high and the high setting is just like cooking on the stove.
