Ingredients in the screenshots, app is called LoseIt!

    Couple notes:

Spaghetti stays in the fridge and will go on top of the spring mix and slaw (I like getting my veg in by tossing the meal on top of some greens). Fruit will stay in fridge and is for this week. Everything else goes in the freezer. Will the alfredo stay perfect, like it’s fresh off the stove? Nah, but I don’t mind. Some people don’t like freezing pasta, so ymmv.

The hashbrown bowls are a breakfast base I like to keep on hand to start my day off with a good amount and variety of vegetables. I move one to the fridge the night before, then fry it up with an egg and some kind of meat (like turkey bacon) in the morning.

The alfredo is high in sodium because I used pre-made rotisserie chicken as a shortcut. Can easily get that down by cooking your own, which I usually do, but couldn’t be bothered this time. It’s ok, most of the rest of my day is under 1000, so I stay under 2000 overall.

ETA: Just realized it’s not labeled well in the app screenshots – the “traditional Italian sauce” is just jarred low sodium Prego.

ETA2 (sheesh): forgot to screenshot the fruit bowl stats, sorry. It’s a personal watermelon, a container of kiwis, and a pint of blueberries. Came out to about 139 cal each.
