You love creamy mashed potatoes, but you’re trying to watch your carb intake. This is the creamy cauliflower mash recipe that you need. I promise you, you will not regret it. I take two heads of cauliflower. You want to cut it up and wash it really good. You want to steam your cauliflower until it’s just about done, but you don’t want it mushy at all. You’re going to return it to the heat and you’re going to heavily saute and cook all the moisture out of it. You’re going to put everything in a blender. I did some butter, some garlic cloves that I let cooking those short ribs. You can also roast a clove of garlic as well. That would be delicious. some garlic and herb whipped cream cheese as well as some more cream cheese, salt and pepper, and garlic powder. And y’all see, I forgot to put the blade in the inside. Girl, I was not about to be able to cream anything. Gave this a good mix. And I also occasionally went inside with a spoon and kind of just got everything mixed in really well. And then I would blend it again slowly until I got the consistency that I want. I rather just do it a little bit rather than mix it too much. Nobody wants to be eating baby food. I also decided to paste it and then add adjust the flavors as need. Blend it up once again. And you just transfer everything to a bowl. And as you see, these are so creamy. You would not know that these were not actual potatoes.
