This is awesome.
I offhandedly put some lemon on improvised penne yesterday (not pictured) and it played fantastic with egg yolk and olive oil, then even better today (wheat, pictured) without the egg.
For the hell of it, I added in some parsley, and now this stuff looks like I could sell it to trendy yuppies for $17 a plate.
Ingredients used: al dente pasta/rice/wheat/gnocchi, lemon, olive oil, salt

Are those wheat berries? Been meaning to try them. Would they be good with tomato sauce? Also nice chipped bowl, really fits the budget sub
