I’m sure it tastes great, but if you have the time to do all that, why not get a cheap cut of pork and make it way better? No shade though, I would eat this in a heartbeat lol.

If you want to go the easy way like this I would probably prefer it with some store bought rope sausage
I’ve had them. They’re right in between lil smokeys and pork burnt ends. In a class of their own. Not bad.
We made them last year, they turned out insane! So good. It’s a once a year thing! I’m gonna try chicken next.
It wasn’t that popular here tbh, I can see the allure but the hot dogs weren’t great imo

Hot dogs are cheap meat, but brisket was too.
I would take a few of those with a helping of tater-tot-hot dish and a slice of honey baked Spam.
