I do this too but i cut the steak a little smaller, put all the little rice balls into a hot pan, mash them up a little, stir in some peppers and veggies, then toss in the steak, stir it up, and serve
I serve it more like a mixed bowl. Kind of fried in a pan. And stirred

Making sushi rolls is not actually hard and they sell the roller for you. You just spread the rice out and then lay your steak and roll it. add some Wasabi and soy sauce and you have something you could maybe possibly call sushi if you have to. This js nothing lie sushi or nigiri but enjoy
