I had Ben & Jerry's "gimme s'more" ice cream a few days ago, and I give it a 7.5/10. The texture was great, but the s'mores ice cream tasted more like sour cream mixed with homemade vanilla ice cream with chocolate pieces inside, and I couldn't really taste much of the toasted marshmallow or graham crackers. This might be just me though. The flavor wasn't really bad because it still tasted good overall, but it wasn't the best either. Like I've said, the texture was pretty good. The texture was more like homemade vanilla ice cream combined with cookies and cream ice cream.
The Ben & Jery's "gimme s'more" ice cream didn't come with whipped cream on top. I just put the s'mores ice cream in a bowl and topped it with whipped cream myself.

I just tried this one for the first time too. I finished it, so it wasn’t bad, but I don’t see myself ever getting it again.

I believe the flavor of gimme s’mores is similar to the Ben and Jerry’s dirt cake flavor which I think is vanilla pudding flavor. People tend to call Dirt Cake like an extra version of cookies and cream. But I think the base flavor is much sweeter than regular cookies and cream.

I did enjoy PB Smores (gave it a 8.5/10) after having Gimme Smores (gave it a 6/10).
I do usually like sour cream, cream cheese, cheesecake type ice creams. I didn’t really get that flavor for gimme s’mores. But it’s a bit hard to describe
I think your rating is fair enough. Even though I didn’t like the base flavor of the ice cream Ben and Jerry’s still makes decent ice cream with decent mix in its, though I wouldn’t personally recommend Gimme Smores or get it again.
It’s one of the few ice creams I’ve bought and just couldn’t bring myself to finish.
This one is way better than pb
