Is it the Encore or the Encore ESP? Are you satisfied with this grinder? I’m thinking of using this type of grinder for my first setup.

Finally a setup like mines that doesn’t cost $1500 . lol but question is the steam wand it came with or did you add that on?

May I ask what is under the grinder please? I need something to go under my Profitec Go espresso machine—these machines have a design or manufacturing defect (or both) such that it leaks a little underneath it slowly but predictably. I’m looking for a silicon or plastic mat of some sort to go underneath it and thought I’d ask you what product that is please.
I like your set up a lot. And it looks neat/clean/inviting. Great stuff!

Very similar setup to mine. I have the bambino plus instead of the delonghi.

This sub spends too much time on equipment. People that say you can’t make a espresso with a Breville or other stupid things. At the end of the day, it’s the chef and ingredients and not the pans and knives you have.

I have a similar setup, except I own the Bambino-. The ESP isn’t a bad grinder for the cost – it’s really good for anything from medium to dark roast.

Hey fellow Dedica + Encore ESP gang member. How do you like the kit? I, at the same time, like the shots I’m pulling but also want to upgrade components/machine to have decent opv pressure and some form of temp control.

This is how my butler lives. It’s heartbreaking.
