Hey my awesome friends, welcome to Ghazal Village channel! For today’s recipe, we need some fresh herbs picked straight from the garden. Today, we’re gonna make a super delicious dish using these grape leaves! We’ll dice 1 onion into small pieces. We’ll sauté the onions for a bit. We’ll add some turmeric. We’ll add 200 grams of ground meat to the onions and give it a nice sauté. We’ll add black pepper and salt to taste. We’ll add 150 grams of cooked split peas and sauté them We’ll add 150 grams of cooked rice and sauté everything together. We’ll chop up the herbs mentioned in the description. Meanwhile, we’ll put a pot of water on the heat and bring it to a boil. Now, we’ll put the grape leaves into the boiling water. And quickly, we’ll transfer them from the boiling water to cold water. Now, we’ll spread out the softened, cooked grape leaves in a dish. Now it’s time to sauté the chopped herbs. After sautéing the herbs a bit, we’ll add them to the mixture we prepared earlier and mix everything well. To make the special dolma sauce, we sauté one onion and add some salt, pepper, and paprika to it. Now, we put some of the filling onto the grape leaf and roll it up however you like. We’ll add 3 tablespoons of tomato paste to the sautéed onions and cook it for a bit. Then, we add about 2 cups of water to the mixture and let it simmer until it thickens a bit. We lightly grease the bottom of the pot and arrange the prepared dolmas inside. Now, we pour some of the sauce over the dolmas and put the pot on the heat to let the flavors meld together perfectly. After about 20 minutes, our delicious dolmas are ready to serve and enjoy! Enjoy your meal!
