Collards are prob my favorite dish to meal prep. $3 for farmers market collards. $2 for 4 strips of bacon. Already had onion, garlic, chili flakes, apple juice, and ACV. That’s it. Usually I’ll crack a beer and throw some in too but not this time. 5 servings. Freezes up great. If I get collards from my supermarket, the cost goes down a bit.

I’m never going to say anything but my local market sells gorgeous collards and kale by weight (!!) not by the bunch like everyone else
