How To Properly Clean Any Kind of fish for frying, baking, steaming or grilling.

Welcome to today’s video, guys. Today’s an exciting day. So, today I’m going to be making chicken pie filling. So, to start, I’m going to add a good amount of oil. You can use any oil you have. I’m using sunflower oil. This should be fine cuz my chicken is a lot. And then whilst this oil is heating up, let me increase the heat a little. Exactly. I’m going to add in my onions, ginger, garlic so that it will first flavor the oil. Lots and lots. You don’t want this to burn. You just want it like this. So while this is cooking, I’m going to add in my chicken. My diced chicken. It’s not minced. It’s not dice. Is there you can find a little bit of chunks in the chicken. So this is boneless chicken thigh. I washed this with vinegar, some salt, and some lemon juice. You want to mix this in. Mix, mix, mix. And whilst this is cooking, you want to season the chicken whilst it’s cooking so that if it cooks, it ends up as seasoned. Now I’m going to add in black pepper. A good amount of black pepper. I’m going to add Maggi the D. This is all you need. You don’t need salt. This is all you need. One chili powder. A good amount. I love spice. I’ll do one and half. Just a little bit. And then curry powder cuz it gets rid of the chicken smell and it gives it a very nice, you know, taste and smell as well. I mean your chicken. And then mix all this in. At this point, I’m going to add in carrots. Just a little amount to have some vegetables in it. I’m also going to add in some sweet corn. So if you have red bell pepper, green bell pepper, you can add it, please. Use whatever veggies you have available at the moment. You can add potatoes, yukon gold potatoes at this point, but let’s taste first. M. Wow, nice. Spicy, salty, sweet, delicious. You can add your gold potatoes at this point, but I don’t have potatoes. So, I I have hash browns, homemade hash browns, which has like, you know, shredded potatoes and some bell peppers and all that. I’m going to use two whole hash browns. And because this hash brown has corn starch in it, I’m not going to add corn starch yet. So, let’s add in the hash brown. You can you can buy um hash browns from the supermarket, pre-made ones, or you can make them at home. I I’m sure I have a video on hash browns, but if not, I’ll make a video on how to make hash browns. Wow. See this? So delicious. And because the hash browns already have corn starch, I don’t need to do much. Probably just a little, you know, slurry. So now let’s add a little slurry to this. For my slurry I’m using some flour and some water. You can use corn starch a little bit. Wow, guys. This is delicious. It looks delicious.
