My first time making homemade ice cream! I made blackberry chip and used salt and straws base recipe. I’m really happy with how it turned out. This was so fun!😁🍦

Okay so basically you swi led it in as a puree while churning. How did the texture turn out, is it icy at all?

I made my first batch yesterday and ate it today with the family after dinner tonight. I only used 5 ingredients, it was the creamiest ice cream I’ve ever tasted. Taste and mouth feel comparable to Costco’s supreme vanilla ice cream.

400g whipping cream
120g sugar
6 egg yolks
1 tbs pure vanilla extract.
