Just wanted to thank this community! I finally pulled the trigger and moved on from espresso capsules to a proper setup and I love it! Making coffee has gone from a boring routine to pure joy, and the taste of the coffee is just amazing.
For anyone interested, I went with a Eureka Mignon Zero grinder (330 €) and a “cheap” Cecotec Baristeo Intima machine (300 €). Even with my limited skills at dialing in, I can already tell that my home setup is not far off from the specialty coffee places in my city, which I honestly didn’t think was possible at this price point.

Bro I felt the exact same way when I ditched capsules. It’s wild how much more flavor you get once you start grinding fresh. You’re def in for a fun (and slightly obsessive) ride 😅 enjoy the journey!
