  1. are those the thin slices? kinda hard to tell from this pic. if so i would prob avoid cooking them in the slow cooker and just chuck them into a pan lol

  2. Don’t slow-cook.

    That’s bulgoki.

    You want a hot, dry heating method. Pan-fry in a hot pan, or grill it for no more than 1-2 minutes.

    This is not good for slow-cooking. Slow-cooking is a slow, wet cooking method that intentionally uses very tough cuts of meat, and tenderizes them. Bulgoki is too tender and fatty for that style of cooking.

    It’s meant to be grilled. If you can’t grill you can saute them in a pan but watch the heat as the sugar can burn. You can start with a small amount of water in the pan and cook them in that and it reduces down. Add more if it starts to get too dry
