Anyone know where to find Hokkaido style soup curry in nyc? Been on the hunt since I went to soup curry king in sapporo, but the only place I’ve found so far is NR which was good but not great. Also if anyone knows where to buy soup curry cubes/stuff to make it at home lmk. Thank you!

You can buy cubes/bars at any Sunrise Mart – multiple locations. The Brooklyn location at Industry City probably had the largest selection.
There’s also some other Japanese groceries around town like Dainobu. Just google Japanese grocery NYC.
You can buy the curry blocks at Hmart
The new hashi mart on 12th St and University Pl has Hokkaido soup curry mix in a jar(7.99) in the sauce section by the frozen dessert section. The store seems to be selling alot Secomart(Sapporo based convenience chain) brand products. Instructions is one whole jar to 800 ml of water.
