Each package was about 7-8$ and the fish was a bit oily but it tasted great and came together nicely in a homemade whitefish salad.

  1. I love it. I had it in a sandwich at restaurant once and started buying it to make my own.

  2. I dig those, hot pan of olive oil to bring it to temperature, serve with several eggs, over easy, and Ezekiel toast. My wife likes to put butter-fried capers over her trout.

it’s fantastic, but so is their tinned trout

I’m sorry. That’s almost the cost of a good size ribeye.

I like this a lot. I think it’s better than their tinned trout.
