Strawberry Banana Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

Ingredients:
• 1/2 banana (frozen or fresh)
• 1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
• 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
• 1/2 cup cottage cheese
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Instructions:
1. In a blender, add the banana, strawberries, milk, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, vanilla, and honey or maple syrup.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you’d like a colder thick smoothie, you can add a few ice cubes and blend again until the desired consistency is reached.
3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
