Forget about takeout tonight. Let me show you how to make a delicious chicken and broccoli stir fry. Start by thinly slicing some chicken breast. Season with chili oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, hoyson sauce, cornstarch, and salt. Mix well and set this aside. We need chopped garlic, ginger, and red chili peppers, and one cup of broccoli fuettes steamed, but still leaving a crunch. We’re going to get extra saucy and use chicken broth, hoen sauce, and a cornstarch slurry. Give this a good whisk and set it aside. Let’s get to sizzling and saute garlic and ginger on a high flame. Then drop in the chicken and stir vigorously. You can spice it up with chili peppers or leave it out. Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the walk and add garlic, ginger, chili peppers, and sauté for 1 minute. We’re going to slowly drizzle in the sauce and give it a stir and allow this to thicken up. Once the sauce is thickened, drop in the chicken and the broccoli. Drop the heat to low and allow this to cook for 1 minute. Serve this with white rice, extra sauce, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Before the delivery driver gets to your front door, you’ll be done with this beauty.
