Stopped in for some al pastor to cook for dinner and they had these for 2.99 a lb. Figured I'd give em a try. Done in the air fryer. Not bad. Had great flavor. Kind of a sweet and spicy thing going. But kind of lacked that crispness the skin gets.

Next time toss them in some corn starch for that crispy skin from the air fryer
