    very inspiring love to see it. i have to begin processing on my end soon so I gotta start contemplating what to do (soup, sauce, paste, etc.) also trying to figure which types of tomatoes to use given the vast majority of mine are grape or cherry so theres a higher concentration or seeds and skin and likely less sugars. plus the age-old issue of my plums dealing with blossom end rot.. cheers again dude!
