  1. 💛 Creamy Greek Yogurt Pasta with Lean Beef – High Protein Meal Prep! 🍝
    This is my go-to for a quick, healthy, and protein-packed dinner!

    ✨ What you’ll need:
    • 2 lbs extra lean grass-fed beef
    • 1 large onion, diced
    • 1 tsp avocado oil or olive oil
    • 1 tbsp turmeric
    • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
    • ½ tbsp black pepper
    • Salt to taste
    • Ground thyme (optional)
    • 2 tbsp garlic puree (or fresh mashed garlic)
    • 4 oz pasta (any shape you love)
    • ¾–1 cup plain Greek or Icelandic yogurt
    • 1–2 tbsp pasta water
    • ½ tbsp fresh smashed garlic

    🔥 How to make it:
    1️⃣ Sauté diced onion in oil.
    2️⃣ Add beef + turmeric, paprika, pepper, salt, thyme. Stir.
    3️⃣ Add garlic + a splash of water, cover, and let it simmer.
    4️⃣ Cook pasta in salted boiling water (follow package time).
    5️⃣ In a large bowl, mix yogurt, pasta water, salt, pepper, and fresh garlic.
    6️⃣ Drain pasta, toss with yogurt sauce.
    7️⃣ Plate, top with beef, and dig in!
