    If you mix well while adding a bit of boiled water or broth it would probably emulsify again. Basically the cheese has just split milk solids and oils.

    A lot of soups and sauces that are emulsified with oil or butter do not reheat well, they break. Need to be eaten on the spot

  15. Olive Garden Alfredo sauce when you try to eat it anywhere that isn’t the table it’s served at (fr it separates so easily and is really gross when you work with it, the sauce, if not straight from the kitchen, is trash)

    Yeah this will happen sometimes because it’ll break and the oil will separate after it’s cooled. If you slowly heat it up and add a little milk or some water and keep stirring it may come back in together.
