Calling this Udon Slop. It’s a packet of fried udon noodles from Publix, fried cha lua, bok choy, bean sprouts, cucumbers, cilantro, and Thai basil. The sauce is a mix I eyeballed: soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, honey, rice wine vinegar, chili garlic sauce, garlic, and sesame oil.

Found the fried udon noodles in the produce section. They are not already fried and you have to do it yourself. I have had udon noodles before where I had to boil them first, so I boiled these. After 2-3 mins they were totally mushy. My dumbass did not read the instructions. You're supposed to thaw them in the microwave for 90 seconds and then fry them.
