When I was eight years old, my family moved to London, and one of my first memories is of discovering Kinder Surprise. These hollow chocolate eggs had a milk chocolate shell with white chocolate lining the inside, and they came with a surprise toy hidden inside. They quickly became one of my favorite comfort foods while living there.

Although that specific treat isn’t available in the U.S., there are still plenty of Kinder products I absolutely love. The Kinder chocolate bars, for example, are delicious—and they’re great for baking, too (try chopping them into cookie dough). Kinder Joy is another favorite. And now, it just got a magical upgrade.

Kinder Joy Has Introduced New Harry Potter-Themed Toys

Ferrero North America / Allrecipes

Ferrero, the owner of Kinder products in the U.S., has partnered with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products to launch a new Harry Potter-themed version of Kinder Joy. The treat still features the classic combination of two crispy chocolate wafer bites surrounded by “sweet milk-cream flavored” and “cocoa flavored” creams, according to Kinder’s website.

But the toy inside? That’s where the magic really begins.

There are now 16 new collectible toys inspired by the Harry Potter film franchise—and they’re all centered around Quidditch. Developed by Funko, the lineup includes everything from a Hermione bookmark to Hogwarts Castle sticky notes to figurines of beloved characters.

Even more exciting? Some of these Kinder Joys contain golden Harry Potter figures. If you find one—and it comes with a special code—you can enter that code into the Kinder Joy sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip to London to visit the Warner Bros. Studio Tour: The Making of Harry Potter.

So whether you’re in the mood for a new chocolatey treat or hoping to test your luck, now’s the time to stock up on Kinder Joy. The sweepstakes ends at the end of November.

And while these treats may not hop around like the chocolate frogs Harry and Ron snack on during their train ride to Hogwarts, Kinder Joy is definitely bringing a little piece of the wizarding world to stores near you.
