Sweet, spicy, and deeply aromatic Moroccan lamb. Thyian is a dish of royalty. To make this dish, you will need two labs of lamb shoulder cubed, one onion, chopped, three garlic cloves, or 1/2 cup dried apricots, one4 cup almonds, one tasp cinnamon, one tasp cumin, 1/2 tasp turmeric, one t paprika, 2 tbsp honey, 1/2 cup chicken broth, salt, pepper, and olive oil. First, saute the onions and garlic in oil until soft. Then add the lamb and brown the pieces. Next, add all the spices and stir to coat. After that, add the broth, apricots, almonds, and honey. Cover and simmer for 90 minutes. Finally, serve with couscous and fresh mint.
