Weird tip %?

Went to the restaurant in East Village for dinner today. While checking the bill, I noticed that the gratuity % provided by the restaurant is out of nowhere…? 20% tip without tax must be $16.30; if they included the tax it must be $17.63 anyways.

Am I missing something? Getting sick of the places playing with tips %…
