Speedy Seafood Linguine
This recipe delivers big flavor in a short amount of time, perfect for a quick yet elegant meal.
Ingredients:
* 8 oz (225g) linguine
* 1 lb (450g) mixed mussels and clams
* 2 cloves garlic, sliced
* 1/4 cup dry white wine
* 1/4 cup olive oil
* Handful of fresh parsley, chopped
* Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
* Salt and pepper

Instructions:
* Cook linguine according to package
directions.
* While pasta cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
* Add mussels and clams to the skillet, pour in the white wine, and cover. Cook until shellfish open (about 5-7 minutes).
* Drain pasta, reserving a little pasta water. Add pasta to the skillet with the seafood.
* Toss everything together, adding parsley and a splash of pasta water to create a light sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
