INGREDIENTS
2 salmon fillets (around 250g) patted dry
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon cornstarch for dusting
1.5 tablespoon oil ( I used avocado oil)
for the teriyaki sauce:
1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons sake
1 teaspoon light brown sugar or white
garnish:
sesame seeds and sliced spring onion
serve with tenderstem broccoli and rice
