    I got some unshelled peanuts & could pickup a coke. Might try this, tho from the carbonation I initially mistook this as peanuts boiled in coke.

    My dad taught me about this and I didn’t try it till I was in my thirties but it’s actually pretty good on a hot day.

    My mom’s first husband gained a bunch of weight eating/drinking this all summer during college. My dad on the other hand grew up with it so he knows it’s a drink/meal for people doing hard jobs so they work it off. My dad still has it every once in awhile. I have had it a few times but wasn’t impressed (I don’t really like peanuts)

    I learned this from my dad growing up, he was from NE Nebraska.

    I like it best when you take a swig out of a tall glass coke bottle then dump in most of a pouch of Planters’ roasted salted peanuts. Then you have to cap it with your thumb and slowly tip it over and then tip it back to make sure all the nuts are wet. Then drink as normal and get a couple nuts on each sip.
