Mercado Sin Nombre: my experience this morning

I was at Mercado Sin Nombre this morning, and it was packed.
There was a consistent line at the order window, and every table was full.

I saw an all too familiar scene playing out: an angry person with their fist on their hip waiting to talk to a manager.

I asked her if she was in line, and she loudly announced, "No I'm gonna make a complaint!!"
I guess they'd gotten her coffee wrong, but the dude was being super cool about it.
She, on the other hand, could not have been more hostile or disrespectful ok him.

I just don't understand miserable people like this who unleash their emotional problems on someone who is just trying to do their job.
