Ingredients:
3 chicken breast (garlic & onion powder, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper)

Filling:
2 – 8oz pkgs cream cheese
5 oz cooked spinach
4 slices cooked bacon
2 tbs Cajun seasoning
1 cup cheddar cheese blend
oil to act as a binder

Other:
1 extra large russet potatoe
2-3 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1-2 tbs Acacado oil

who is coming over what a day baby guys thank you guys so much for your heartfelt words um in my last Brahmen shorts I posted that I was sick i actually came down with a flu and I’ now I developed laryngitis because of it so I’m going to try my best to work with this video so um let’s get started here I have three chicken breasts normally they are cleaned but I want to show you guys how I clean my chicken get asked that question all the time i’m going to add about 3 to 4 tablespoons of my distilled vinegar now for me I don’t always use lemon because I don’t always have lemon but I always have vinegar so that’s how I clean my chicken 90% of the time now I always sit my chicken to sit for roughly 5 to 10 minutes because depending on what protein you’re using you can deteriorate a lot of that meat so with chicken breast it’s kind of light so I only let it set 5 to 10 minutes when I go for like beef or steak I might let it sit 15 minutes does that make sense just simply use my hands to kind of rinse just give it a rinse just with my hands and that’s how I wash my chicken and get rid of all this water and then give the chicken a rinse again i’ll be right back now washing your meat is controversial but I’m going to always wash my meat but my friends say it’s coach baby i dried them so I’m going to split it in half on the larger side yeah that’s pretty good now I’m going to wash my gloves going to season with some onion powder garlic powder one top chops city cajun seasoning smoke paprika and of course that black pepper oil to bind it all together cajun seasoning is very low in sodium so I’m adding some salt here I have about 5 oz of spinach that I’m going to cook down just until it’s wilted [Music] for our filling two blocks of softened cream cheese add in our wilted cooked down spinach about a cup of a cheddar cheese blend four slices of that swine if you don’t do it just leave it out i’m going to add quite a bit of Cajun seasoning very low in sodium onion powder got to give the filling a taste see if we need to adjust it’s perfect it’s so good going to stuff each one to the max adding some toothpicks so everything won’t come completely out now let’s get our chicken all nice and melanated [Music] you only need to brown for one [Music] side so while our chicken’s browning I have one whole like rusted potato that I’m just going to cut up and dice it i just want some oldberry potatoes [Music] and we can’t forget the obey now bake at 375 for approximately 30 minutes now also bake your chicken at 375 for approximately 30 minutes allow it to rest for about 5 to 10 minutes who is going on ooh let’s dig in that is partake of the meal of our labor can’t really see me cut into it from there i’ll show you the inside honey perfection let’s fight for you oh man I need a minute baby that meat is so tender and juicy that is so good i know I’m going to eat at least half of this it is so good potatoes oh yeah they last time my asparagus looks like this because I had them in the freezer so if you watch my collard green video this is the seasoning that I put on there if you can really see it it’s called collard green seasoning i’ll link the person who makes this below she’s located here in Atlanta and I use this on my collar green video ever since I purchased this I’ve been using it on any greens that I have all I need is just some oil and this good to go jump normally I would have said the mistakes I made or anything that I would change i wouldn’t change a thing with this i wouldn’t change a thing with this chicken breast and I’m If you watch me long enough you know that I’m not a chicken breast eater i normally love I usually love to eat chicken thighs this is incredible it’s juicy it’s seasoned well oh my gosh honey again I’m going to try to be consistent here on YouTube i would have had videos sooner but I’ve been sick there’s going to be at least one one long form video per week i’m going finish this up so if you’re new to the channel I know I sound horrible welcome thank you so much for subscribing thank you so much for being a part of the fam i love you guys so so much and I’ll see you on my next video peace

    The Way Back To Pentecost

    When Jesus told Nicodemus, except a man or person be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. St. John 3:5, he was telling him who needed to do it. Now, watch it. Matthew told what to do, Mark told why to do it, Luke told where to do it and John told who to do it. What’s missing? Didn’t nobody tell how to do it, until the great day called Pentecost when Peter stood up to preach.

    Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
    Acts 2:38 KJV

    What to do? – repent and be baptized. Who? – everyone of you. How do we do it? – in the name of Jesus Christ. Why do it? for the remission of sins. What’s the result of doing it? – and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. The Jews did it. Look at the 8th Chapter of Acts, verse 4, “Therefore they that were scattered abroad went everywhere preaching the Word.”  Verse 5 “Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them.”  Verse 12, “But when they believed Phillip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.”

    14. Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:
    15. Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:
    16. (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.) Acts 8:14-16.         

    In Acts 2, the Jews did it.  In Acts 8, the half Jews did it.  In Acts 10, the Gentiles did it and in Acts 19, the Baptist folks did it. They all did it because God said that’s the only way to do it. 

    Of the 66 books in the entire Bible, there’s only one that don’t fit in with any of the groups. That book is the book of Acts, because the book of Acts is the only book in the Bible that tells you how to get save.

    And, until Jesus Christ returns in the clouds to call his church away “1st Peter 2:9-10,” this gospel is to be preached by us to every nation and is still in force today till that great getting up morning when the dead in Christ shall rise first, we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air, so shall we ever be with the lover of our souls.

    Will you be saved today, according to the Holy Scriptures? Acts 2:38 KJV is still in force today till God’shyh body, “the Bride of Christ is completed.”
