    Ooh I just got some of the full (skinful and boneful) Mediterranean KO sardines and I’m excited to try them. I love olives, too, so I’m looking forward to a couple of those bois floating around in there

    I added the oil to hummus and ate that with pita and a red bell pepper. Perfection.

    For me it’s on a bed of fresh greens -maybe cucumber or tomatoes or some pickled herbs, olives, a drizzle of aged balsamic and Parmesan. Mmmm
