This is kinda like filling your gas tank with premium and then pouring a couple pints of octane boost in after. Highly recommend.

I just got that Mark Wiens powder. Have not tried it. How much is used for stuff? Let’s say I was making 4 quarts of chili and wanted a bit opf heat, but not overpowering, would I use a teaspoon or would I need less than that?
