I didn’t think I’d love this as much as I did. I had never even tried polenta before, but this dish SOLD me!! 🤍 I’ve been checking the menu every week hoping it’ll come back.. Crossing my fingers it’s not gone for good!! :((

Yes, it was delicious!! I love polenta but it’s something my husband would have normally wrinkled his nose at if I had suggested it for dinner. Somehow if it comes as part of our Hello Fresh delivery, he’ll eat it happily and enjoy it 😂. One of the many benefits of HF for us so far!

Yes! Had never cooked or eaten polenta before but it was delicious! Kind of like mashed corn. You mix a bunch into it so it has to be yummy!
