Meal Prep for the weekend afternoon meals + bonus pic breakfasts (more photos and other info in the comments)

    Food:

    * Koegel’s picked bologna (12 oz)
    * Aldi white cheddar with hints of gruyère (7 oz)
    * Aldi 6-cracker assortment (13 oz)
    * Washed and dried baby carrots (16 oz)
    * fresh blueberries (pint)
    * kiwifruit (2) ^**☆**
    * ranch dip (about 6 oz)

    Makes 5 servings that will be grazed upon in the afternoons. Honestly, the crackers were too many for this meal prep so I’ll likely only eat half.

    ^**☆** You may notice one of the kiwifruit turned into a cup of applesauce. Apparently, the last kiwifruit in the box was woody and too hard to cut.

    The Dip

    This is 5.3 oz of non-fat plain Greek style yogurt, a plop of mayo (like 100 calories worth), and 1/3 of a ranch mix packet. With extra parsley (dry), cracked pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. Honestly, it’s what I had on hand, and I never eat a whole pound container of dip or dressing, plus it’s thicker, richer, and dippy-er than ranch dressing or dip on it’s own. It’s the best of both.

    Containers are a mis-mash as is this whole prep.

    The bonus breakfasts are the instant oat meal that live in that basket on the counter which are currently roomming with the crackers and applesauce.
