Bonsoir. je fais une recette semblable à la vôtre mais j'y ajoute une poignée de graines de tournesol et mes œufs je les bats jusqu'à ce qu'ils moussent comme pour une génoise et j'ajoute une cc de levure chimique et je cuit dans une poêle et je couvre pendant la cuisson ça change énormément la texture 😊 c ' est très moelleux.
