This recipe is so easy and quick and sweet potatoes have so many health benefits.

hey y’all so I’ve been making these super easy sweet potato fries a lot lately and want to share with y’all how I make them so I start by slicing my sweet potatoes into the shape of fries and I’m trying to make them as even as possible to make sure they cook evenly next I’m letting them soak in ice water to get some of the starch off for a minimum of 30 minutes and then adding my seasoning we’re adding garlic powder smoked paprika salt and pepper also added some cornstarch to make them a little crispy and I forgot to mention olive oil I added that first so then we toss all the fries together lay them on the baking sheet make at 425 for about 30 minutes and y’all these came out so so perfect and they are so good
