Ingredients:
3 tbsp oil
2 chicken breasts
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
½ onion, sliced
3 handfuls of chopped sukuma wiki (Kales)
Mashed potatoes, for serving
De Nigris Sweet Fig Balsamic Glaze, for serving

Method: Heat oil in a pan and place the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side. Take them out of the pan and add the onions. Saute and then add the sliced sukuma wiki. Season with salt and let the greens will. To plate, place the greens on a plate, sliced chicken on top and a side of mashed potatoes. Enjoy.
