    I’ll be the first to ship el yucateca. Both of those are classics, and if your meal came with rice/beans, those flavors in particular are the best.

    Yucateca green. Btw, yucateca has a ghost habanero sauce now that tastes and burns good. The Caribbean (orange) is also very good.

    I like all of Yucateco’s stuff. Red’s a little better than green, but neither is as good as black or kutbil-ik.

    Honestly I prefer just to throw some fresh pico de Gallo on my enchiladas. But if I had to choose it would be the green one.
