First time making chicken on the kettle. Marinated overnight and seasoned before cooking. Pulled at 180 and they were perfect!

Nice! I picked up a 26″ in very nice condition yesterday for $120 with a Slow and Sear a bag of wood chunks, and today I made some thighs too! I used a vortex, but I’m unsure if I should have used the Slow and Sear instead. Took a while to get them to 175 degrees.
