Lamb Dolma (Stuffed Grape Leaves) Recipe

Ingredients
1 pound ground lamb (450g)
⅓ cup uncooked long grain rice (65g)
1 firm red tomato, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1 squeeze of tomato paste
Minced parsley and basil
Salt, pepper, paprika
Grape Leaves
Chicken broth

Instructions
Mix fillings together, let sit in fridge at least 1hr
Wash, destem, and dry grape leaves
Fill grape leaves with a small scoop and fold sides then roll up
Steam for 45 minutes and serve hot with garlic and yogurt sauce
