It was an absolutely amazingly beautiful day outside and I was headed out there to grill my pork chops. And you know, it just had to start and rain. So, I decided to grab my grill pan and just go ahead and knock these out indoors. Now, you know, I have to season them up with my Pam’s Prep allpurpose seasoning. Grab yours. I will also put this ghee all over my grill pan. We don’t want our chops to stick. Okay, now hear that sizzle. Oh my goodness. Now, one of these pork chops is a rib in pork chop and the other one is a center cut porterhouse loin chop. Delicious. Putting my green bell peppers, some purple onions, and a couple of pieces of garlic all around. That’s going to help season them up some. Then we’re just going to make sure we have our grill marks on there really good. So, I’m gonna press down on them with a grill press really, really well. Oh my goodness, this smells amazingly delicious. Look at the grill marks. Oh my goodness, man. That’s what we want. That’s why I was headed outside along with that nice smoky flavor. Look at that grill marks. Delicious. I’m going to let them cook on the other side. Press down again so that both sides will have those grill marks. Then into the oven we go. Look at that chop. Look at that chop. Oh my goodness. And if you can smell the amazing seasoning I put on there with my Pam’s prep allpurpose seasoning. M Oh my goodness. Woo. I am going to pair these with some rice and mixed vegetables for a complete meal. Now, I’m just going to sprinkle the rest of my ghee all over my veggies that are on the tray because I want those to be nice and flavorful, too. Now, from here, I’m going to go in the oven and let them finish cooking. Then, after that, we are going to be ready. Don’t they look amazing? Delicious. Hit subscribe. 1. There is overwhelming evidence as to why You shouldn't eat pork, Scripture also says not to eat pork ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘

  2. ๐ŸŒบ Has anyone ever successfully used a "combo grill/reverse side to griddle" pan on a stand alone, 1 burner induction "hotplate" cooking "stove"? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

  3. Great work! Looks delicious. Tip for next time – cut your onions with the grain, itโ€™s called a sautรฉ cut. They hold their integrity a lot better while cooking. Great texture contrast to the bell peppers when they cook together.

  4. @Cooking At Pam's Place okay now….who got the center cut chop? Lol
Also, FINALLY someone calls it a "purple onion" as it should be! So many people call it a "red onion" when it's clearly purple in color!๐Ÿ˜‚
