Like a lot of people I crave sugar and carbs most in the morning. This breakfast accounts for half-3/4 of my daily sugar, and roughly half of my daily carbs plus or minus a few. They’re not artificial sources, and I get 2 big glasses from this yield. It’s probably my favorite meal of the day.

  1. This sounds delicious. I wish I felt satisfied from smoothies. I think they’re so tasty and I try to do similar to you by adding protein for fullness / energy, but after an hour or so I am ready to visit the fridge again for something else. I think it’s the lack of chewing ?

    I love that Triple Zero yogurt. I have one with Cheerios sprinkled in every morning.
