Get waterfront views with a taste of Italy at this Commerce Twp. Restaurant

A taste of Capri, Italy, with spectacular lake front views is what Aurora on the Lake in Commerce Township is all about.

Before you taste the food and see the view, the restaurant’s beautiful décor greets you at the front door.

“It’s inspired by Capri, Italy, lemons all around, on the walls, in the food,” said Fisal Gorgis, Chef at the restaurant.

The lake views can be enjoyed morning and evening. “Our cafe opens at 7:30 in the morning, people can have their coffee and pastry on our patio,” Chef Gorgis said.

As for the food, Chef Gorgis said, it’s authentic Italian and every dish is prepared fresh.
